Tournament Manager

Create
Players
  • Go to the page "Players" in your tournament.
  • Use the buttons at the top of the page to add one player, add multiple players, maange seeding, link with league players or delete all players.
  • A minimum of 2 players is required for each tournament.
  • To edit or remove a player, use the dropdown menu at the right of the players list.
  • Players settings are simple: a name, a seed (optional, useful when a stage is generated) and a link with a league player (optional, useful to generate power ranking and have statistics) or with an account (optional).
Registrations
  • Go to the page "Players" in your tournament.
  • To confirm or reject a registration, use the dropdown menu at the right of the players list.
  • Go to the page "Settings" in your tournament to edit registration settings (open or close, and set the maximum number of player).
  • Registrations are automatically closed when the tournament is started or when the maximum number of player is reached.
Seeding
  • Go to the page "Players" in your tournament.
  • Edit a player to manually set his seeding.
  • Use the button "seeding" at the top of the page to automatically set seeding for players linked to a league, based on primary league ranking or to manuallly define seeding for each players.
  • You can set the same seeding for some players. This is like creating pots.
Brackets and pools
  • Go to the page "Matches" in your tournament.
  • Use the buttons at the top of the page to add a qualification stage, add a final stage, or remove all stages.
  • A final stage is required for each tournament.
  • All stage has a format: round-robin, single-elimination, double-elimination or ladder (others format may be available).
  • Qualification stages have some extra settings: players by group, qualified by group and group repartition (balanced or strict).
  • Once you have added a stage, you can generate it to have a preview and edit groups/bracket before starting the stage.
  • Stage generation use seeding. The first stage uses the seeds defined in the tournament player settings (random if not defined), the next one use the results of the previous stage.
Progression
  • Once you have a minimum of 2 players and a final stage, you can generate and start the first stage.
  • When a stage is started, you can edit his matches.
  • When the current stage is completed, if it's a qualification stage you can generate and start the next one, if it's the final stage your tournament is completed!
Media
  • Go to the page "Media" in your tournament.
  • Use the buttons at the top of the page to add a media or delete all media.
  • You can add replay or live media.
  • Sources are currently limited to Youtube, Youtube playlist and Twitch.
